E is unreliable and doesnt' always stun a target it passes through even if ithe line is right on top of them. Meanwhile it'll stun targets taht aren't even close.

i have noticed this a lot and so have my friends, i'm not sure if it is client side but even fighting Irelias i've noticed i didn't get stunned when i should
