How to contact riot support when I cannot login to support?

I am currently trying to log into my support account but it keeps telling me I need to verify my e-mail. I verified my e-mail and am looking at the successful verification page (big green checkmark telling me I did it!) but it still takes me to this page over and over again: "To log in, you must have a League of Legends account with a verified email address. We sent you an email with a link to verify your address. If you don't receive the email in the next few minutes, check out our FAQ" Anyone have a way of directly contacting support without logging in? Incredibly frustrating.
