Got kicked in draft pick, for not picking a champ the second they were available.

So I Q up for a draft normal game and wait forever as a gragas doesn't lock in (it says he's still picking). So I wait and when the timer runs out gragas is locked in and I'm insta kicked for not selecting a champion. Now I gotta wait 5 min to q up again. It wasn't lag, the chat was working fine and everyone was talking.
