Singed Flip bug

No video evidence, but it happened about 3 times in the last game I played as Riven vs Singed. Singed would attempt to flip me, and it wouldn't do a full flip, it would instead make me like...skip in place? Sortof like the animation a dead body gets when singed flip kills someone. I think it happened after I used one of my q's to tr to move away, then he flipped at the same time, making me skip in place. After that, it would happen at seemingly random times.
