Can't play games AFK leaver thing wont go away after 5 minutes

Whenever i log in to play a game when i click play it says that i've been punish and i need to wait 5 minutes before i can play a game, apparently the only way for me to play a game is to wait this 5 minutes out on the screen then it adds me to the queue if i exit out of the timer it starts over when i hit play a game again (starts back at 5 minutes) and whenever i log out and log back in its still there. Please fix because i'm tired of waiting 5 minutes just to get into 1 game everytime
