Match Accept not entering lobby/game

I don't know whats going on, the match accept and decline pops up, I hit accept its get timed out and says someone didn't hit accept.... then it seems while I'm waiting another match accept pops up behind my current one that I can not see and states I didn't accept. Its done this so many times I now have a timer before I can Q, whats going on Riot? Your game won't start up
