I've noticed I am unable to scout other players maps, even in keep watching mode, when I hit the keybinds to do this, it doesn't go anywhere. Just flips my map so I'm top view now, staying on my map. It also shows me the other map for maybe 0.2 milliseconds, like a screen tearing effect but stay staying on my screen, is this a current issue?
