Not being able to leave the shop after connecting to the game (GAMEPLAY)

I was playing a game as thresh and as I loaded in I wan't able to leave the shop, even when I flashed over the invisible wall it would walk me back. I tried reconnecting which helped but after the game I was put in Low Priority que for 5 games. I now have to wait 20 minutes before i can get into que for no reason other than a bug.

Please fix this issue because I don't wan't this to happen to me or others again and then being banned.
