When I did a Custom game with SKT 1 SKin, I got my butt WHIPPED and my damage seemed lowered regardless of stats/items
with Shockblade, it seems my abilities"Crit" or did almost true damage to enemies, so crazy but im dominating so damn good.

You're going to need actual numbers and evidence to support this. Your KDA doesn't mean anything.
Beat a Zed with SKT T1 skin very badly, he had 100 more ad than, yet it says I did more damage, look at match history custom game in PORO
I hit him for passive at 300 magic damage
he hit me at passive with 100 more ad than me only for 260
and he had armor runes, so i cant prove it any other way. its an issue for all special skins champions
