BUG: Phantom vision on minimap and revealing stealth

This minimap bug is recent to this patch 9.11. if you look at the linked images, the minimap reveals far more vision than there actually is. Nothing is actually seen on the map like enemy minions or champs as they walk through these areas.

However, in the other image, Evelynn is revealed while she's in stealth with no control wards and no scryer's.

In both of these games, Lux is the common denominator so perhaps it has something to do with Lux being in the game.
