[Bug] Nunu's Consume (Q) - Shouldn't Krugs be granting 10% bonus HP, not damage on hit?

I just played a game of Nunu, which I haven't for a while so this may just be me remembering how it used to be back when Krugs were double Golems, but it seems to me that even after the change, the Krugs were still considered elementals, but if you consume one, you get the Mystery Meat buff. Surely this is an error, as the Krugs are obviously still elementals and should be granting the 10% HP buff instead of the Mystery Meat (damage on hit) buff?

Reproduction:

1. Pick Nunu.
2. Use Q on a Krug.
3. Observe the Mystery Meat buff in your buff icons.
