Cant use IP!

This is now day 8 from what i know, that i am unable to buy anything with ip, Since v6.19 I was unable to buy champions and runes from the store. I posted this many times in the support page, as well as on here at least 3 times each. I just want to know whats going on and how its going to be fixed, I seem to be the only one who is unable to buy champs, I have asked around.
