Missing LP, Finished game during server shut down
Never gained LP when I checked after the servers came back up. My game started during the shut down and finished after the shut down. Halp.

This happened to me as well, I won a ranked game and was kicked from client at the end. After the servers were back up im still sitting at the same LP - please fix the win is in my history.

Apparently i'm not the only one with this problem. Thankfully... Also finished my game during the shutdown and was instantly kicked at the end of game. Just got back on to see that i'm not in my promos and still sitting on 78 points.

I believe that when your in a ranked match they usually count it as a draw and no one gains or loses any lp when a patch is starting to be put in... I may be wrong because I also thought that they ended the game

Also no lp, won the second game in promos after also winning the first, just played to get promoted but now i should be one win safely into silver 3, but stuck at 0 lp instead

Same thing happened to me. Tilted me so much. Would've been promoted if that win counted. I was in a 2 out of 3 series and had one win under my belt already. SMH Rito.

i sent a support ticket. they told me pretty much they cant change people's lp in the first place. sorry
There was a notification that games that are running during the shutdown will be count as Draw and will not effect LP gain or loss

Same, was at 90 LP won the game to get into the series and I was never put into it. I've now won 2/3 games since and im still in promos :(
Well they did mention that people's games from that time would be loss prevented so it might have had the opposite effect for people who won.
Yea I won a 50 minute long promo game, I kinda want the credit for the win lol.
