Quick casts/ Hot keys not working?

This is only random, and started a few days ago. When I enter a match and I go to press my QWER keys, the spell doesnt cast. I have to bind my spells to the F1,F2,F3,F4,F5 etc keys to even get them to cast. Ive tried binding them to other keys as well and those are the only keys that allow me to do so. Again, it only does this randomly, and is very annoying considering Ive played with QWER for a long time, also it angers teammates. Any help, please?
