Still Cant Join the Game

So I have tried restarting my computer multiple times, reopened multiple times, deleted/uninstalled LoLReplay, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and still i can only go through champ select. Right before you go through the load up, my game crashes. i now just got a pop up saying,

"The instruction at 0x0000000000042072C referenced memory at 0x00000000000123A1B4. The memory could not be written."

I dont know what is going on but i never had this problem yesterday and this occurred right after a mini update today. Any thoughts?
