Minor Bug with the Item "Twin Shadows"

When updating my heimerdinger item set, I noticed the item Twin Shadows has 2 versions: 1 available on all maps, and one not available on the howling abyss, crystal scar, and twisted treeline. The one available on all maps is the better version, and says it's supposed to be restricted on maps, but does not list the maps. I realize this is a minor bug, especially since the item is not overly popular atm, but I thought it should be brought to somebody's attention.
