Azir more buggy now than before the "bug fixes"

His ult almost exclusively knocks up champs instead of back, which ends with them on the same side of the wall as azir = pointless. And I've seen a fair number of failed autos by the soldiers that result in zero damage. I played him a few times before the "bug fixes" and he is by far worse now than he was before
