Teleport void bug

One teammate placed a portal spawn thingy from that zz item in the bush nearest the purple side mid tier 3 tower. I teleported to it to assist in a late game teamfight, and got stuck between it and the wall for about 20-25 seconds. I had no flash or other means of escape, and the game was over before I was able to try it again.
