Blitzcrank pulls through Morgana's Black Shield

I was playing versus a blitzcrank in bottom lane as Varus on 4/29/15 after patch 5.8. It appeared that Morgana's black shield was not stopping the cc animation of Blitzcrank hooks. Sorry i do not have screenshots of this or a video, but I posted the link to my match history.

It was suggested in game that perhaps the shield was not strong enough to absorb the damage AND prevent the pull, so the CC was carried out and that this had been changed recently to be this way. If so... can you please update the tooltip so that experienced players AND new players understand this?

If it is truly a bug can we fix please? Morg is a good counter for blitzcrank and I would hate to see that disrupted. The "bug" should be easily reproducible if in fact it is that. I know it happened at least twice in that match, once against myself (varus) and once against Morgana herself.

Please - if you have encountered similar upvote so that this can be seen and resolved ASAP.

The CC reduction is applied first before the damage so a pull alone will be blocked 100%.

DId you cast the shield right before he grabbed you or way before the attempt? If so, there's a likely chance of lag that caused this.

In both cases that I witnessed the shield was cast at least... a second? (hard to tell in combat because it happens fast...) before Blitzcrank's hand hit the champion.

My ping is pretty consistent at around 90-110 and I wasn't experiencing any lag or stuttering during the game. I'm fairly confident that is not the culprit.
