Death screen bugs out nonstop and shows minor damage sources instead of major important ones.

The death screen is not correctly prioritizing damage that it shows ... usually showing very minor damage in place of where the real damage came from.

It also has been incorrectly labeling where damage came from (Syndra the minion etc ...)

Very repeatable ... happens with most deaths.
