J4 ult

Hello riot games.

I am a Jarvan player who feel very frustrated that jarvans ultimate which is so called impassable terrain, is very passable by rek'sai who can just walk right through it, or vayne who can just tumble through it... Please make it so that people are actually stuck inside of it, thanks
