Having a Client Problem, won't let me play draft, won't load champions, won't load match history.

Hey guys. My client has been glitching a lot lately. Every time I log into my League of Legends client, I can't view my highest mastered champions, the champions tab, it won't let play draft (Says you must have 16 or more champions, I have ~80), I can't view my snowdown shop, and if I try to queue up for a game, it loads for about 3 minutes than tells me to restart my client. The only way I can fix this glitch is by simply waiting. I log into the client and wait 10 minutes to 2 hours for it to fix itself. I know it's not my internet, because whenever I am able to join a game, I have 40 ping. Does anyone have any ideas on what this is and how to fix it? I'm on a MacBook Air. Thanks in advance.
