Game locked up.

Game locked up. Went to the black splash screen right before the 5v5 splash. I couldnt exit the game to restart and get back in. I couldnt task manager it because the black screen was locking my screen. I had to restart. Got to the 5v5 splash stuck at 39%. Than noticed a pop up which i couldnt reach said "this game has concluded. feel free to start a new one" Was able to close 5v5 splash to get to score panel for which i got leaver and now have a what i assume is a 5 min queue.
