Multiple bugs with this champion. Please fix this spaghetti code asap, its actually game breaking

First off is Nautilus gets "stuck" in anchor throwing position and then floats around the map, happens on ARAM, SR, everywhere, every mode. This is visual and game breaking due to the fact that I can't tell where he is moving correctly and if hes casting a spell or not.

The other bug is Nautilus throws his Anchor and it disappears. Once again game breaking due to me not being able to see the projectile.

I've seen this projectile bug with Lux E, (AOE slow) and Nidalee spears, and if memory serves, Ezreal Q. There was a patch last year with something to do with projectiles but it seems to still be an issue.

Patch 6.3 perma fix (not hot fix) please.
