Stuck in Fountain? [Gameplay]

So I played a game as Hecarim on the 27/01/2017, and I encountered a strange bug upon loading into the game. Firstly I noticed that the time upon my entry into the game was already 30s in, unusual, but I disregarded it due to the quality of the toaster that I use to play League with. I purchased my starting items (talisman, refillable and warding totem) and moved towards blue buff for my leash. At least I tried to. See I was stuck in the fountain. I panicked, and spam clicked all of the potential exits from my pre-game jail. But I could not leave. As I did not have flash, I could not test to see if that would let me escape.

Eventually, I disconnected (unaware of the time my team was unable to remake) and reconnected and was able to move away from the fountain. I am not sure if this is a bug within the game, or just a problem with my computer, as League (and the entirety of all my computer systems) crashed shortly afterwards of receiving 0 fps for a brief period. This has never happened to me before, and made me upset for letting down my team (particularly my duo queue partner).
