massive bug in low lvl acc part 2

and the bugging continues riot.... so i tried jax now and as again i died all the time. either these are big buggs on my acc or you have nerfed my acc for being a smurf not even joking now. wtf is this how all the champs i vs one shot me at all lvls wtf. FIX THIS OR EXPLAIN.
