Fiddlesticks Ability Queue

I don't know exactly when this started, although I'm sure it's been at least half a year to a year if not longer, but I can no longer queue Fiddle's Q(terrify) after starting the channel for his ult. It used to be that it automatically feared the target as soon as I got in range after the channel and the blink completed. In fact, I can no longer queue any ability for after the ult channel. It would be greatly appreciated if this can get fixed. As a side note... I've also noticed that if fiddlesticks stands idle for a few seconds, his idle animation just freezes until a command is issued
