Yeah it feels like a weak ranged auto, if only it was still magic damage. ######or adaptive damage since thats now a thing.
You know his E is a joke when it cant kill 10% hp squishy champion.
its only useful as an execute, and it really only does respectable and reliable damage if you have dark harvest
