Victory screen bright red Square + Unable to create dump file

At the victory or defeat screen instead of seeing the awesome art. I am seeing a huge red box covering most of the screen. I dont know if its related but my last 3 games I have had a crash that said "unable to create dump file". Then it crashes the client. I have never experienced either of theses issues pre 4.20

This happens to me when i win a game on blue side. about 80% of the time. It never has done it outside of a blue side victory

Have these same problems still in patch 5.1

I have the exact same problem. The dump is random but happens maybe 1/3 games. The giant red box is every single game win or loss.
