Draft pick not working again

ill update this in the future when i learn more about it maybe it has patterns maybe not but heres the deal

every once and awhile ill disconnect from pvp.net which is fine usually but its only been happening in draft pick and only when i have to pick or ban. Im stuck trying to reconnect not being able to lock in my pick/ban and i disconnect and get banned for doing so. I dont know if im the only one having this problem and i think its only this patch but if someone else is having this troulbe plz comment ty
