Game launcher bug?

When i launch LoL this is what i see... Then when i click "launch", nothing will happen...it will take several times of me "alt-ctrl-delete" close out of LoL in the background (it will show it running in the background.) Then reopen LoL, click "Launch" and pray it opens. Other than this, the game runs fine.

Suggestions?

I have uploaded a picture, i hope it shows, this is my first time adding an attachment.

Also, i have uninstalled LoL and am trying to re-install it to see if that helps. And this is what it's still showing once i have re-installed it.
