Is it just me or does Star Guardian Ahris voice sometimes here and there switch back to her old one? its not just me thats having this issue???? please tell me its not just me

They already removed the announcer. Now it's the Worlds Baron thing. If you noticed even the minions are no more star guardians.

Thanks for the report! We believe this is due to there being another Ahri in the game, which causes some audio theft. >:[ Our sound designer has been on the case, and should have a fix for this in 7.19!
