[Gameplay] Blood Moon Thresh W (Lantern) Max-Range indicator disabled

I was Thresh twice on Sunday (2/15) and I noticed that the max range indicator for Thresh's lantern range was not visible. I only played BM Thresh, so I do not know if it is a bug across all Thresh skins, or if it is just Blood Moon. I plan to update this report tomorrow since I am studying for a midterm today.
