My team (Bungy and the Boys [SHANUS]) played four TT ranked games and only two of them were actually recorded, 1 win and 1 loss, when we won 3 and lost 1. We didn't even get IP for two of the games. We waited around 20+ hours to see if eventually the games would be recorded, but to no luck. Definite bug here - could we have these games recorded somehow?
There's been a number of similar reports, but I haven't seen a Rioter comment on it yet.
We're having the same issue, Shane. My Team(FEISAR[FEISAR]) played several TT ranked games, on two seperate days, and lost two Ranked games to the abyss, to only have the games show up on our personal record, but not in our Ranked Stats or Team History. One of our team members actually was at a gaming resturant/bar, on their machine, playing one of the "vanishing" games with us, and the same issue occured.
We poked support, to get...basically the cold shoulder, telling us that one of the reasons may be all 10 players(Sounds like generic SR message) leaving at once may cause this issue, so we're going to attempt to disconnect one by one, with 5 second intervals in between, see if that helps stop this bug.
Did you get LP for those games, but not IP? Because we did not get LP, don't know about IP.
