I Cannot Redeem my Reign of Chaos Icon!

I cannot unlock the icon no matter what, whenever I try to redeem it, it gives me a REDEEM FAILED! tab. Riot please fix this, I've reloaded my client several times and its not working. -Thanks!

Sorry to hear you aren't able to redeem your icon. :c If you hit up player support, they can take a look at your account and see why you aren't able to get it, and they'd also be able to help you redeem it. :)

My friends and I are experiencing the same problem. Paying for the icon with 140 chaos tokens worked just fine, but now the icon is sitting in the summoner icons tab of the loot section and whenever we click 'unlock icon' an error message appears.
