Summoners Rift Draft Game

Here's a screenshot. I picked Zyra, took a look at her skins and when i exited the Zyra skins window this happened. Everything is out of place. This is the 2nd time i encountered this bug. The only thing that i did was blur out the names of my teammates, they clubs and my masteries and runes for whatever reason [zombie-brand-facepalm]
