No Keybindings Working [Gameplay]

So recently (only during 5.10) i have been getting a bug that when i load into a match, my key bindings (1234567, QWER, DF for spells and item activation) will not work. i can click on the ability icon and then use it via mouse, however i cannot cast them normal cast or smart cast with key bindings. Due to me probably getting banned due to this issue because it will either look like I'm intentionally feeding or i rage quit from trying to trade damage with anyone, i would love it if my ban could be waived but whatever, but i can wait out the impending ban if that's necessary. Its not that huge of a deal.

The issues I've been having have mainly been playing ADC or Marksman champions. Mainly Ashe, Sivir, Jinx and Graves. It is already in effect when my game loads in. I've found that exiting and reloading the game will sometimes fix it, but only 2/10 times or so. i can send my runes/masteries i use for said champions if thats necessary. i would love a quick reply.
