Some interesting Sion bugs currently in season.

This more so has to do with the addition of the new runes, but the tool tip very well says "Sion's final leap of his ultimate" why does this not proc Sudden Impact? Is it something that was overlooked by Riot or simply forgot? There honestly seems to be a few issues with Sion at the moment, such as Sudden Impact not going with his Ult or Sion's E stopping shorter then it should. Are we gonna get any explanation for any of this? As a avid Sion player I would like to know what's going on. But I understand if you have more champ bugs to deal with cough Mordekaiser cough but I would like some sort info or explanation.
