i have a bug not sure what to do about it

more or less i load into game no issues then when i go to move my mouse to the edge of the screen it wont let me also i have to triple click to attack or buy items or get to store. today to make it worse i got kicked out of reloading on second try and its just coming up black screen or white screen and i can hear that im on the rift but no luck. ive contacted riot on this in multiple tags and they want clips of it etc. i dont have tech to record it does anyone have an easier answer or is this happening 2 anyone. riot feel free to chime in as im just looking to have this fixed. btw when u load in for the second time and ur kicked by leave buster immediately for reconnecting and u have 2 do it again its frustrating to the player base.
