Tahm Kench Q and W Doesn't consume An Aquired taste.

I just played a game where i was playing Cho'Gath top, and i got against a Tahm Kench top. Early game was going fine, once he reached 1 or 2 item, something started to go wrong, he was hitting me with 1 Q, or 1 AA, reach 3 stack of An Aquired taste, Q Stun me, than devour, but the mark wasn't getting consumed either from the stun, or the devour, and he wasn't auto attacking between, just Q Stun, Devour, so he bought 40% cdr, and pure tank, and was spamming Q Stun, Devour on repeat, as soon i was stunned, i get devoured, stunned right after, devoured again, until death happen. I saw Tahm Kench skill description and it's clearly wrote black on white, Stunning with Q , consume the 3 mark, and devour as well, but it currently doesn't... and people abuse of this glitchs everyday, probly the only reason why Tahm Kench is broken right now because you can chain CC and chunk % of HP every 4 second... without the target able to take any action... something need to be looked at because Tahm Kench kit is already unfun to play against ( Personally don't get why Riot created this abomination but oh well....) but this is really just plain stupid to play a game when this broken champion ruin it all. Something need to be done.
