Tooltip Issue: Nocturnes Passive

Nocturnes Passive currently only shows that every ten seconds it strikes all enemies around him for 120% and heals for 10 on each hit. It doesn't mention that it procs on-hit effects nor that every auto attack lowers its cooldown by two seconds.
