[Gameplay] Draven passive tooltip doesnt show gold earned in ARAM/Howling Abyss

Draven passive tooltip does not show gold earned. im not even sure if draven gets bonus gold on kill.

to reproduce: play aram and get draven or play custom blind howling abyss and play draven. skin doesnt appear to change the outcome.

expected result-draven shows x stacks and x gold earned observed result-description of passive but no gold earned tooltip. reproducible-3/3

not sure if this is intentional?
