Ghosts in the Teambuilder

So while I queued up in a game for team builder I entered a room and waited a bit I didn't realize that we got a support because he never popped up on my team builder thing. As you can see in the pic There was another person in the room but we couldn't see each other. I don't know how to replicate this or why it happened but I thought that I would bring it to your attention.
