I know there have been many threads about this so I figured I'd make an official one with the proper title. After the 5.2 patch I am getting a lot of delay between my clicks and movement. Clicking on the mini map and pinging also are delayed and cause problems with moving. Could we please get an update on this issue from riot? I have never lagged or had this issue before and it was only after the patch that it started so it is definitely not on my side.
I actually did the same thing....I played a ranked and won but had the delay issue. Restarted my computer and did it again and lost lol. Yeah though riot needs to fix this right now because i literally can't play. They haven't even commented on the issue which is annoying.
Thanks for a good thread. I posted one about this earlier but it was my 1st time posting so I may have not done in a way to receive the attention it needs. I started having this problem this morning after I downloaded the newest patch [5.2]. I went straight into a ranked game and lost because I couldn't react fast enough. After that I tried restarting my computer to see if it would help. I should have done a normal game but I hit ranked again out of habit. Sure enough, I lost that game as well due to the same issues. When I click, sometimes there is a delayed response. Not only in movement but when trying to use skills. It is a very frustrating bug to deal with when you have 35 ping and you can see Nidalee's spear coming at your face and you're unable to move in time. I hope this bug is fixed soon.
im having this same issue people keep calling me crazy but i think its just that im playing teambuilder where players may not be as quick with their hands as me. i cant lay down summoners if i try to link things together i get nothing. i threw down my ult for 4 people coming through jungle then went to exhaust the nasus coming from the side and instead wiffed my ult twords the out of range nasus and then sat there cause i was trying to exhaust the ground this makes it impossible to play really.
Im having the same issue I couldn't play at all on my computer after the patch. My husbands computer did the patch and his works fine. I hope its fixed soon I hate playing on his computer.
