Gragas E activates hexflash
Seems as if wgen you use Gragas' body slam while hexflash is up, it uses the hexflash as well and puts it on cool down. Not sure if this is intentional or accidental. Will provide evidence tomorrow night.

If you are in combat it put hexflash on CD.
a spell shouldn't force a summoner's spell to be blown. definitely a bug.
