Can't open champion capsule after completing tutorial [Client]

I've just started a new account to play on, and decided to spend a bunch of time playing through the tutorials for that sweet, sweet champion capsule. Imagine my dismay when I finish the tutorial, all the "challenges" are checked off, and there's just a champion capsule floating there with a check mark on it that I can't claim in any way. I've tried restarting the client, and it did nothing. Is there any known fix for this?

I figured out the problem. The client glitches but, you actually get the reward. It is 3000 BE. I had 199 BE before the tutorial and now I have 3199 BE. I believe you actually get the reward without having to open the capsule.
