REPORTING A BUG

My friend and I were playing rank, my League of Legends client was stuck after I picking the champ that I wanted to switch with him so that I decided to not to connect so they can remake. But he ended up getting a defeat and lost LP in his history. Other people got a remake except him. His ID is uMainAFK. pls check it thanks
