(gameplay) Azir soldiers auto attack bug

have played a few azir games the last couple of days and when the soldiers are out they have been randomly performing half the auto attack animation over and over while i am walking side to side waiting for last hit and the soldiers should be idle... then when you want to actually attack something they are half way through an animation that never finishes.

i have also noticed this once on champions when someone walked out of range and then back into range and then the stupid things just stand there cancelling autos over and over (even if i hit hold)... after they expire and i summon a new soldier it went back to normal again.

I have come across this bug in too many different games now for it to be just me... i dont have any recording software to provide a video unfortunately, so can anybody else who has noticed the azir soldiers going spaz while your in lane please feel free to chip in.
