New Champ Select keeps switching default masteries, skins

As the title states, in between games the new champ selection will often have a different mastery page selected even if I have the same role and champion. It doesn't seem to be consistent as to which mastery page ends up being selected.

Also, for some of my champions (Morgana and her Lunar Wraith skin in mind) the default skin is selected every single time I lock in the champion. Basically, every game I have to remember to select her skin or else it will just be the default one. I do not have this issue on some other champions like Sejuani, whose Poro Rider skin stays selected each game. However, for Ahri it always defaults to the Foxfire Ahri even though I always use the Popstar Ahri skin.

Kind of an inconvenience because there's been a few close calls with the wrong mastery almost being selected--but there have been a number of games in which the wrong skin or no skin is selected :(
