Statikk Shiv bug (100% crit with shiv and another crit item)

i was playing yasou and when I bought statikk shiv it gave me 40% crit I did not think much of it but when I bought infinity edge it gave me 100% crit I tried a couple of games getting shiv and some other crit item and I always got 100% crit

I will stop using shiv as of now to I do not abuse this bug but I would like it fixed soon so I can keep playing with my normal build

and does any one else get this bug or is it just me?
